This is the place where you can find important information regarding the shipping and delivery methods which we use, the standard delivery times which our customers can expect to enjoy when they do business with us, as well as key tips regarding any potential delays of delivery or import duties and taxes. Our Shipping & Delivery section serves as an additional part of our Terms & Conditions section. Therefore, by agreeing to the conditioners listed in the latter, you are automatically considered to agree to those explained in the former. It is important that you read both of these pages, along with our Return Policy section, before you make any orders or even start browsing our website.

Shipping Methods We Use

We offer international shipping and we rely on two main shipping methods – courier and postal delivery. For that reason, the cost of delivery for items ordered via this website depends not only on the location to which they need to be sent, carrier routes, the overall weight of each package and weather conditions but also on the selected shipping method.

Courier Delivery

Customers can choose between two courier delivery options: Standard and Express. Delivery times to EU countries are typically shorter compared to those to non-EU addresses. The courier company which will serve you will be determined by your location. For our clients’ best interest, we work only with established and well-recognized couriers such as FedEx, DHL, Speedy and more.

Postal Delivery

This delivery option is available for customers not only in the EU but all over the world. Compared to courier delivery, postal deliveries usually take slightly more time to be shipped but are typically more affordable too. Again, there are two delivery options here: Standard Mail and Priority Mail.

Standard Delivery Times

Orders of items marked as “In Stock” which are currently available at our warehouse are sent 24 to 48 hours after payment has been received. Orders of items marked as “In Stock” which happen to be currently unavailable at our warehouse are ordered from an external warehouse. As a result, they can take 3-5 more workdays to be delivered. Delivery times are different for EU and non-EU locations.

  • For EU countries – 2-3 workdays via courier and 4-7 workdays via post
  • For non-EU countries – 3-4 workdays via courier and 10-15 workdays via post (or 20 or more workdays to more remote locations)

Please, note that the above-listed delivery times are provided only for reference and there may be delays.

Order Processing and Confirmation

We use an internal schedule and strive to process each order within 24-48 hours after it has been placed. Since BTX Shop is an online store, new orders are accepted at a 24/7 basis. That also includes holidays and weekends.

Upon placing the order, you will receive an automatic response via email. It will contain a brief summary of:

  • The product(s) you have ordered
  • Any additional taxes (if any)
  • Shipping costs
  • Additional delivery details (when necessary)
  • A total order value

It should be noted, however, that this automatic email response is NOT to be viewed as an order confirmation. Our polite team will contact you later to confirm your order, the products’ availability and the selected delivery options and time. Once the package has been sent, you will receive an invoice and a tracking number.

In the case that the ordered items are currently unavailable at our warehouse and at the warehouse of an external provider, BTX Shop will cancel the order and the client will be fully reimbursed.


We strive to provide clients with a fast delivery but delays are still possible regardless of whether you choose to rely on courier or postal shipping. We do our best to ship all orders as soon as possible but delivery times can be prolonged due to poor weather conditions, carrier routes, etc.

We ask all customers to provide full and accurate delivery information to avoid any further delays and delivery charges. BTX Shop is not responsible for incomplete or wrong shipping information provided by clients.

Custom and Import Duties

The listed prices of all products on this website do not include any local taxes, VAT, custom and import duties and etc. Our EU customers are not required to pay import duties but they may still need to cover VAT and other domestic taxes.

Non-EU customers may too need to pay VAT and local taxes. What is more, their local customs may ask them to cover a customs fee, import duties and other additional fees they deem necessary to release the package. Therefore, if you are living outside the EU, it is recommended that you first contact your local customs office before you order anything from our website.

All additional fees, domestic taxes, and import charges are a responsibility of the buyer. If customs decide to return your package to BTX Shop, we can arrange for it to be sent again (for an additional shipping fee) or we will offer you a full refund (including one for shipping fees).
